By using this cable to connect*1 a “DDJ-WeGO/DDJ-ERGO” to an iPad with “vjay for iPad” installed, users can enjoy DJ play with scratching and visual mixes using videos, music and camera roll images stored in the iPad (iPad2/iOS 5 and above). Impressive performances using images and lights are also possible with the “PULSE CONTROL” function*3.
Controlling “djay” or “vjay” iPad applications with the “DDJ-WeGO” or “DDJ-ERGO” requires a firmware update (DDJ-WeGO Ver.1.08/DDJ-ERGO Ver.1.40) as well as the latest version of “djay” (version 1.6.4) or “vjay” (version 1.1.2) for iPad.
1. How to update firmware of “DDJ-WeGO” or “DDJ-ERGO”
